Job Description

🚨HIRING – SALES HEAD


Company: Financial Services Company

Products: Demat Accounts, Bonds, Mutual Funds, Health Insurance & Other Financial Products


Role: Sales Head


Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team

• Monitor daily team performance and sales activities

• Motivate and guide the team to achieve targets

• Track sales progress and report updates to management

• Set targets and ensure timely achievement

• Train and support team members to improve performance

• Develop strategies to increase sales and customer acquisition

• Maintain proper coordination between the sales team and management


Salary: Up to ₹30,000/month+ incentives

Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday


Experience: Experience in sales and team handling, preferably in financial services.
