Job Title: Sales Manager – Real Estate

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead and drive real estate sales operations. The ideal candidate will manage a sales team, generate leads, close deals, and ensure revenue targets are achieved while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for residential/commercial projects

• Handle key client negotiations and close high-value property deals

• Generate leads through site visits, channel partners, brokers, and referrals

• Track sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze market trends

• Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns, promotions, and site events

• Maintain CRM records and ensure proper follow-ups with prospects

• Build strong relationships with channel partners and brokers

• Ensure customer satisfaction and post-sales coordination

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Proven experience in real estate sales and team handling

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and closing skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Knowledge of Gurgaon real estate market preferred

• Target-driven mindset with problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

• 3–4 years of experience in real estate sales
