Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing Real Estate Sales Manager to join our team at Reamvine. You will be responsible for leading our sales team, developing strategic marketing plans, and driving high-volume property sales. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the real estate market, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of hitting aggressive revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Conversion: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new leads and convert them into successful property transactions.
Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective monthly targets.
Client Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor pricing, and new project launches to provide expert advice to clients.
Sales Pitches: Conduct site visits, deliver persuasive project presentations, and handle complex price negotiations.
CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all leads and sales activities in the CRM and provide regular performance reports to management.
Job Requirements
Education: Minimum Qualification: Graduate / MBA in Marketing.
Experience: 0-5 years of experience in real estate sales or a related high-ticket sales environment.
Skills: Strong negotiation, networking, and communication skills are essential.
