Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Training: Recruiting, onboarding, and training agents, as well as providing coaching to improve performance.
Sales Strategy & Targets: Establishing sales objectives, forecasting, and developing strategies to increase sales volume.
Performance Management:
Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to analyze sales data and report to senior management.
Client Relationship Management: Handling high-level negotiations, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Market Intelligence: Maintaining in-depth knowledge of real estate market trends, competitor activity, and local regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: Generally, 3-7 years of experience in real estate sales or consulting is required, with previous experience in a leadership role.
