Sales Manager

assisting clients with buying, selling, or renting properties by managing the entire process: finding properties, conducting market analysis, negotiating deals, arranging showings, preparing offers, and guiding through closing, while also building networks with lenders and attorneys, and staying updated on market trends to help clients make profitable investments. 

Key Responsibilities

• Client & Market Expertise: Understand client needs, perform comparative market analyses (CMAs) to value properties, and research market trends for investment opportunities.

• Property Marketing & Sales: List properties, market them effectively (open houses, showings), and present properties to prospective buyers.

• Negotiation & Contracts: Prepare and present offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate contract finalization, collaborating with agents, attorneys, and lenders.

• Client Relationship Management: Generate leads, build networks, maintain strong client relationships, and provide exceptional post-sale support.

• Process Management: Guide clients through documentation, legal requirements, and the closing process smoothly. 

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Deep knowledge of local real estate markets, laws, and financing.

• Ability to network and build a strong client base.

• Proficiency in marketing and sales strategies.

• Excellent organizational skills for handling multiple clients and properties.
