Sales Manager

Sales manager drives property sales by generating leads, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and managing client relationships, requiring strong communication, market knowledge, and closing skills to meet targets and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the buying/selling process. They act as consultants, advise on market trends, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth transactions. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Management: Identify, qualify, and nurture leads from various channels (online, referrals, etc.).

• Client Engagement: Meet potential buyers/sellers, understand their needs, and provide property information.

• Property Showings: Organize and conduct site visits, open houses, and product demonstrations.

• Sales & Negotiation: Present proposals, negotiate terms, address concerns, and close deals to meet sales targets.

• Client Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships before, during, and after sales for repeat business and referrals.

• Market Expertise: Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor offerings.

• Reporting: Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.

• Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven track record in real estate sales or similar field.

• Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge: Deep understanding of the local real estate market.

• Attributes: Proactive, persuasive, results-oriented, and customer-focused.
