Job Description:
Handle inbound and outbound property inquiries generated through various marketing channels (advertisements, SMS, online portals).
Connect with prospective clients to promote residential and commercial projects.
Convert telephonic conversations into face-to-face meetings and site visits.
Plan and accompany clients for property site visits.
Conduct regular follow-ups with leads to ensure maximum conversion.
Research and suggest suitable property options based on client requirements.
Maintain daily MIS and sales reports.
Develop strong relationships with clients to generate repeat and referral business.
Stay updated with market trends, pricing, competitor analysis, and upcoming developments.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Skills and Experience:
Experience:
Minimum 3+ years of sales experience in the real estate industry.
Vehicle Ownership (Mandatory):
Candidate must own a personal vehicle for client meetings and site visits.
Location-Specific Real Estate Knowledge:
Gurgaon: Must be well-versed in the local luxury real estate market.
Developer Exposure:
Must have experience working with A-grade developers like:
Gurgaon: DLF, Godrej, Tata Housing, Sobha, Emaar, Adani, Central Park, Trevoc, etc.
Bangalore: Prestige Group, Brigade, Sobha, Godrej, Puravankara, etc.
Communication & Personality:
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, well-presented, and client-focused.
Stable employment history is essential. Frequent job changes without valid reasons will not be considered.
