Job Description:

• Handle inbound and outbound property inquiries generated through various marketing channels (advertisements, SMS, online portals).

• Connect with prospective clients to promote residential and commercial projects.

• Convert telephonic conversations into face-to-face meetings and site visits.

• Plan and accompany clients for property site visits.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with leads to ensure maximum conversion.

• Research and suggest suitable property options based on client requirements.

• Maintain daily MIS and sales reports.

• Develop strong relationships with clients to generate repeat and referral business.

• Stay updated with market trends, pricing, competitor analysis, and upcoming developments.

• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Skills and Experience:

Experience:

• Minimum 3+ years of sales experience in the real estate industry.

Vehicle Ownership (Mandatory):

• Candidate must own a personal vehicle for client meetings and site visits.

• Location-Specific Real Estate Knowledge:

• Gurgaon: Must be well-versed in the local luxury real estate market.

Developer Exposure:

• Must have experience working with A-grade developers like:

• Gurgaon: DLF, Godrej, Tata Housing, Sobha, Emaar, Adani, Central Park, Trevoc, etc.

• Bangalore: Prestige Group, Brigade, Sobha, Godrej, Puravankara, etc.

Communication & Personality:

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confident, well-presented, and client-focused.

• Stable employment history is essential. Frequent job changes without valid reasons will not be considered.
