Job Description – Loan Sales Executive

Ravikash Financial Services is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented candidates to join our Loan Sales Team.

We are hiring Loan Sales Executives / Telecallers who are interested in building a career in the financial services and banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up with customers for various loan products.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan solutions.

• Handle leads through calling, follow-ups and customer coordination.

• Assist customers with the loan application and documentation process.

• Coordinate with banks and NBFCs for case login, processing and disbursement.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and ensure timely case closure.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute towards team growth.

Loan Products:
Home Loan | Loan Against Property (LAP) | Personal Loan | Business Loan

Candidate Requirements:

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of Hindi and English.

• Strong convincing and follow-up skills.

• Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach.

• Candidates with experience in sales, telecalling, banking or financial services will be preferred.

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives
