Job Summary

The State Manager is responsible for leading, managing, and growing the pharmaceutical business across the assigned state by driving sales performance, achieving revenue targets, expanding market presence, and building high-performing sales teams. The role requires a strategic leader capable of developing business plans, motivating teams, strengthening relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, stockists, hospitals, and trade partners, while ensuring compliance with company policies and pharmaceutical industry regulations.

  • Conduct regular coaching sessions and field visits.

  • Set KPIs and performance expectations.

  • Motivate teams through recognition, performance management, and development.

  • Resolve team conflicts professionally and maintain positive employee engagement.

  • Ensure consistent achievement of sales and business objectives.

  • Prepare annual business plans.

Customer Relationship Management

Training & Development

  • Identify training needs of team members.
