Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, manage key accounts, and expand our client base in printing and packaging solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets
Identify and generate new business opportunities (B2B clients)
Handle corporate clients, agencies, and bulk buyers
Manage complete sales cycle: Lead → Meeting → Quotation → Closure
Coordinate with production team for smooth execution of orders
Build long-term relationships with existing clients
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates
Lead and guide the sales team (if applicable)
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of printing (offset/digital), packaging, branding solutions
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Client handling & relationship management
Target-driven and self-motivated
Good understanding of pricing, costing, and margins
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
Experience: 2-3 years in printing / packaging / advertising / B2B sales
