Job Description

Deep Product Knowledge: Understanding the differences between all-season, high-performance, mud, all-terrain, and snow tires, as well as tire specifications (size, load index, speed rating).
Technical Understanding: Knowledge of related automotive parts, TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems), and wheel alignment.
Consultative Selling: Ability to analyze customer needs (driving habits, vehicle type, budget) and recommend the best tire, rather than just the most expensive one.
Objection Handling & Closing: Ability to manage price objections, explain value over cost, and effectively close the sale.
Relationship Building: Building rapport to ensure repeat business, especially for wholesale or commercial accounts.
System Proficiency: Familiarity with Point-of-Sale (POS) and inventory management systems.
Patience & Communication: Explaining technical tire jargon in a way that is easy for customers to understand.
