Job Description

Job Title: Business Partner (Sales & Lead Generation)

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Tele-caller to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, following up with potential clients, and assisting the sales team in closing deals for residential, commercial, and farmhouse properties.


Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data and your own data & research.

  • Generate leads for properties (High Rise Apartments, Farmhouses, Villas, Plots, Commercial).

  • Explain project details clearly and professionally.

  • Fix site visit appointments for the sales team.

  • Maintain daily call reports and lead status.

  • Follow up with interested prospects regularly.

  • Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.

  • Build strong relationships with clients.

  • Coordinate with the sales team for conversions.

  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.


Required Skills

  • Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)

  • Confident and persuasive personality

  • Basic knowledge of real estate (preferred but not mandatory)

  • Ability to handle rejection and pressure

  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools)


Salary Structure

  • No Salary: 1000/Meeting, Insentive (based on project sales)

  • Probation Period: 1–3 months (optional)


Incentive Structure (VERY IMPORTANT – attracts candidates)

  • up-to 2Lakh/Month

  • aUp-to 5Lakh Half year Insentive

💡 High performers can earn 30 Lakh per Year.


Working Days & Timing

  • Working Days: 6 days a week

  • Week Off: 1 day (Fixed on Tuesday)

  • Timing: 10:30 AM – 07:30 PM
    (Flexible based on business needs)


Leaves Policy

  • 2 Casula Leaves per month

  • No Public holidays as per company policy

  • Additional unpaid leave (with approval)

  • Emergency leave available
