Job Responsibilities
Generate new business leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other channels.
Communicate with potential clients and understand their requirements.
Explain company services and available financial solutions to clients.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into clients.
Maintain professional relationships with existing and potential clients.
Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Maintain regular updates and reports of leads and follow-ups.
Eligibility & Requirements
Female candidates only.
Minimum +2 / 12th pass.
Fluent in English communication is mandatory.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Confident and professional personality.
Sales, telecalling, business development, or finance-sector experience will be an advantage.
Ability to work independently from home.
Target-oriented and motivated to earn through incentives.
Salary & Incentives
Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Incentive: Up to ₹20,000+ per month, based on performance.
Attractive earning potential through sales commissions.
