We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our residential apartment sales team and achieve monthly sales targets.

Responsibilities

Manage and motivate the sales team.
Achieve monthly and quarterly booking targets.
Generate leads and ensure proper follow-up.
Monitor site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
Handle key customers and support the team in closing deals.
Conduct daily/weekly sales reviews.
Maintain sales reports and CRM records.
Develop strong customer and channel partner relationships.
Coordinate with marketing, CRM, finance, and documentation teams.
Track market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.
2–6 years of experience in real estate/apartment sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Target-oriented with a proven sales track record.
Hyderabad real estate market knowledge preferred.
