Sales Background: 2–10 years of prior business development or sales experience, with a focus on premium products or HNI (High Net-worth Individual) clients.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of modular kitchen materials, design layouts, and fittings.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Core Responsibilities
Sales Growth: Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the modular kitchen segment.
Client Engagement: Handling walk-in customers, builders, and developers to generate B2B/B2C leads.
Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong working relationships with interior designers, architects, and contractors.
Project Coordination: Following up on sales leads through to closure, coordinating with design and production teams.
Showroom/Team Leadership: Managing sales staff, driving team productivity, and ensuring the showroom meets brand guidelines.
Required Skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office .
Ability to read or interpret technical drawings/designs (e.g., AutoCAD).
Candidates with a background in luxury retail, real estate, or building materials are often preferred.
