Sales Manager (Developer Lobby)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic sales plans, and managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in achieving sales targets, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire and mentor a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand our customer base.

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

• Set individual and team sales quotas and objectives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

• Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.

• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration.

• Manage the sales budget and ensure cost-effective operations.

• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to foster professional growth within the team.

• Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and presentations to close key deals.

• Ensure the sales team adheres to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Working Days - 6 days working

Working Hours - 10am to 7pm

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 3 - 6+ years Experience.
