Sales Manager

Job Summary:

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve company revenue targets and growth objectives. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, overseeing daily operations, building relationships with key clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven professional with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and productivity.

• Set and monitor team goals, KPIs, and individual sales targets.

• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive go-to-market approach.

• Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.

• Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members.

• Manage the sales budget and ensure cost-efficiency.

• Address customer issues and queries in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.

• Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and CRM tools.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to analyze data and trends to make strategic decisions.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

• Ability to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in retail,

• Track record of managing and scaling high-performing sales teams.

• Strong network within the target market.
