Sales Manager for a very ambitious organization

we are in a process of building a team in different departments who can own the responsibility from the scratch and can scale the company in multiple countries in a shortest period of time.

Responsibilities:

➔ The incumbent will be required to do the Lead Generation, Pitching.

➔ Booking an online Demo of CRM software.

➔ Product demonstration through online portals like Zoom / Meet

➔ Upselling to existing clients, acquire new clients.

➔ Do Renewal & Retention Management.

➔ Manage setup of customers by coordinating with the technical team.

➔ Handle escalations, provide support to clients immediately.

➔ Maintain customer relations.

- 10 yrs' experience in Business development experience in IT or Software development industry

- Having experience in Software Background and Technical knowledge.

- Good presentation skills.

- Strong Written & Verbal communication.

- Previous successful sales experience of software (CRM, SAP, Etc.).

 - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and handle the team of the retention department.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 6+ years of experience.
