We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager for the Refractory Industry who will be responsible for handling sales of refractory products and services, business development, customer relationship management, and achieving sales targets in industries like Steel, Cement, Power, Sponge Iron, Foundry, and Kiln applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Handle sales of refractory materials, kiln refractory, and refractory application services.
Generate new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Visit customer plants regularly for business development and technical discussions.
Identify customer requirements and provide suitable refractory solutions.
Coordinate with the technical and application team for project execution.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
Follow up for payment collection and outstanding dues.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Maintain sales reports, MIS, customer database, and sales forecasting.
Attend customer meetings, industrial visits, and exhibitions when required.
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints professionally.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
