Sales Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead our field sales operations in the assigned region. The RSM will be responsible for driving sales, achieving revenue targets, managing a team of field sales executives, and ensuring strong market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth in the assigned territory and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Territory Sales Executives / Area Sales Managers.

• Conduct regular field visits to support team members and build relationships with clients and distributors.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the region.

• Execute promotional strategies and ensure effective market penetration.

• Prepare and present regional sales reports and forecasts to the senior management.

• Ensure timely collections and maintain credit discipline in the region.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 2 - 6 years of experience.
