Job Description

We are looking for a highly driven and technically strong Sales Manager with proven experience in the stainless steel fabrication industry. The ideal candidate must have deep knowledge of products like SS railings, SS doors, PVD-coated products, and architectural metal works, and must be capable of generating bulk B2B business.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business for stainless steel fabricated products.

Handle B2B sales for:

Stainless Steel Railings

Stainless Steel Doors & Gates

SS & PVD Furniture

SS Glass Railings

Decorative Metal Works

Architectural Facade & Custom Fabrication

Develop strong relationships with

Builders & Developers

Architects & Interior Designers

Hotels, Banquets & Commercial Clients

Contractors & Fabricators

Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals.

Coordinate with production and design teams for smooth execution.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Conduct site visits and client meetings when required.

Mandatory Requirements (Strict):

Must have prior experience in stainless steel fabrication sales

Strong technical understanding of SS products and fabrication process

Existing market connections in Delhi NCR preferred

Excellent negotiation and closing skills

Ability to bring immediate business is a BIG PLUS

Own vehicle preferred for site visits

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Aggressive closer mindset

Strong B2B network

Presentable and confident personality

Target-oriented and self-driven

Experience in luxury or PVD products is highly preferred
