Position : Mgr / Sr. Mgr - Luxury Sales

JOB ROLE:

Looking for Luxury Real estate Sales Professional who can specialize in selling High-End residential properties to affluent clients. This role involves a combination of marketing, Sales, Client Management and industry expertise to maximize sales and provide exceptional service to HNI’s & ultra HNI’s seeking Luxury Properties.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

o Identify and target potential luxury real estate clients through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.

o Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals and investors.

o Understand clients' needs, preferences, and financial capabilities to offer tailored property solutions.

o Provide Personalized Service & Cater to the Unique needs & Preferences Of Luxury Clientele.

Property Marketing and Promotion:

o Develop and execute marketing strategies to showcase luxury properties, including high-quality photos, virtual tours, and print materials.

o List luxury properties on relevant online platforms and in exclusive luxury real estate publications.

o Co-ordinate all marketing activities to generate Leads in the HNI category.

o Market Penetration Industry wise.

o Host open houses and private showings for prospective buyers.

Market Research and Expertise:

o Stay informed about local and global luxury real estate market trends, pricing, and competition.

o Provide clients with comprehensive market analysis and advice to make informed decisions.

o Keep up-to-date with relevant laws, taxations & regulations pertaining to luxury real estate transactions.

Negotiation and Sales:

o Execute Complete Sales Cycle of a Luxury real estate transaction.

o Negotiate offers, contracts, and terms on behalf of clients to achieve the best possible outcomes.

o Facilitate property inspections and appraisals, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.

o Close transactions smoothly and efficiently while ensuring all legal and financial requirements are met.

Administrative Duties:

o Maintain accurate record of property listing, client interactions & Transactions.

o Handle paperwork, contracts, and documentation with precision and attention to detail.

o Collaborate with real estate attorneys, escrow officers & others, to ensure a seamless closing process.

Institutional Duties:

o Attend Monthly Sales Reviews and Weekly reporting.

o Display & Maintain highest level of institutional behavior adhering to organizational Protocols & Discipline.

o Uphold the highest ethical standards & maintain strict confidentiality.

Desired Candidate :

• Work Experience : Minimum 2 Years handling HNI's & UHNI's directly.

• Preferred Industry Experience : Real Estate from Channel Partner firm, Real Estate Ancillary, Wealth Management, Luxury Automobile, Hospitality.

• Communication : Fluent in Kannada, English and Hindi.

• Traits : Go Getter, Market Penetration, Independent Work Ethics, High Integrity.

• Education : Minimum Graduate in any Discipline, MBA would be preferred.

• Gender : Both Female & Male Candidates can apply.

• Proficiency in using real estate software and CRM tools

• Professional appearance and demeanor.

• Availability for work on weekends & Sundays.

Salary & Compensation:

• Upto Rs 8 Lacs per annum + ( PF, Statutory Bonus, Medical Benefits, Travel Allowances )
