Take charge of "hot" leads and prospective clients who have completed site visits.
Conduct final negotiation rounds regarding pricing, payment plans, and inventory selection.
Skillfully overcome final objections related to price, location, Vaastu, or financing.
Create a sense of urgency and scarcity to expedite the decision-making process.
2. Documentation & Compliance
Manage the end-to-end booking process, ensuring all "Application for Allotment" forms and KYC documents are collected correctly.
Explain legal clauses, RERA compliance details, and payment schedules to clients with transparency.
Coordinate with the legal and accounts departments to process booking amounts (tokens) and issue allotment letters.
3. Financial Coordination
Assist clients in understanding their home loan eligibility.
Liaise with banking partners to facilitate quick loan sanctions for customers.
Structure flexible payment plans that suit both the client's cash flow and company policy.
4. Pipeline Management
Maintain an accurate record of all active negotiations in the CRM.
Follow up rigorously with "warm" prospects who are undecided.
Provide daily/weekly reports to the Sales Head regarding expected closures and revenue projections
