To drive sales and outreach of IT, SAP, Tally, and Digital Marketing courses to college students and school students across Gurugram and PAN India, expanding institutional partnerships and achieving ambitious enrollment targets.
Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with college and school decision makers, faculty, and student bodies to promote targeted education programs.
Drive sales of IT/Coding, SAP, Tally, and Digital Marketing courses to graduate students, and collaborate with schools to ensure course reach among school-going students.
Develop and implement creative sales strategies to achieve or exceed monthly and annual enrollment targets.
Lead presentations, webinars, and workshops for academic institutions; handle product demonstrations and address stakeholders' queries.
Build and maintain a pipeline of student prospects using CRM and sales tools; ensure timely follow-up, conversions, and post-sales support.
Attend education fairs, seminars, and partner events to promote course offerings and forge new connections.
Analyze market, competitor trends, and student feedback to refine sales pitch and product positioning.
Prepare regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and insights for leadership review.
Collaborate closely with marketing and course delivery teams to align efforts and maximize impact.
Mentor and motivate team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
Ensure ethical standards and company values in all sales activities.
Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or related field); MBA preferred.
Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in educational sales, course marketing, or institutional partnerships required.
Strong network in colleges and schools of Gurugram or North India highly advantageous.
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the education or Ed-Tech sector.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
Tech-savvy, comfortable with CRM systems, MS Office, and digital sales tools.
Strategic thinker, self-motivated, and energetic.
