Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.

• Identify, approach, and onboard new vendors/clients.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors to ensure repeat business.

• Conduct market research to understand competition and customer needs.

• Lead sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients.

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and share with management.

• Collaborate with marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.

• Train and guide junior sales executives to achieve their targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

• Minimum 0-2 years of proven experience in sales or business development.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly sales goals.

• Proficiency in MS Office/Excel/CRM tools.

• Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.
