Job Title: Presales Closing Manager - Real Estate

Location: Thane Wagle Estate
Job Type: Full-time
Reports To: Sales Director/VP of Sales

We are looking for an experienced Presales Closing Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on managing the presales process, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and clients, and driving the successful closing of deals.


Job Description:

As a Presales Closing Manager, you will play a critical role in the real estate sales cycle by managing the presales and closing stages of transactions. You will collaborate closely with sales, legal, and operations teams to ensure that all client needs are addressed and deals are finalized efficiently. You will be responsible for creating a seamless transition from presales to closing and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction throughout the process.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Presales Coordination:

    • Act as the key point of contact between clients and the sales team during the presales phase.

    • Ensure that all presales documentation, including contracts, proposals, and agreements, are accurate and up-to-date.

    • Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure that all requirements are met for a smooth closing.

    • Address any client queries or concerns related to the sales process and provide solutions where necessary.

  • Closing Management:

    • Oversee the closing process for real estate transactions, ensuring all required documents are signed, payments are processed, and legal requirements are met.

    • Work closely with clients and internal teams to resolve any issues that arise during the closing phase.

    • Prepare and review final contracts, ensure compliance with regulations, and facilitate the timely transfer of property ownership.

  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized support during the closing process.

    • Provide clients with regular updates regarding the status of their transaction and anticipated timelines for closing.

    • Manage expectations and ensure a smooth and positive experience for clients.

  • Team Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the sales, legal, and operations teams to ensure alignment and that all requirements are met before closing.

    • Coordinate the efforts of different teams to resolve issues and ensure deadlines are met.

    • Provide training and guidance to junior team members and support the overall success of the presales department.

  • Reporting & Analytics:

    • Track the progress of presales and closing activities and report to senior management.

    • Analyze data from past transactions to identify opportunities for process improvement.

    • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client interactions.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field. MBA or advanced certifications in Real Estate or Sales Management is a plus.

  • Experience:

    • 7+ years of experience in real estate sales or presales management, with a focus on closing.

    • Proven track record of successfully managing real estate transactions from presales to close.

    • Strong understanding of real estate laws, regulations, and the closing process.

  • Skills:

    • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.

    • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

    • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

    • Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.

    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
