Biz Control has just launched — a product on paper, a story still to be written on the ground. Tele Callers and Sales Executives are already in the field. R&D, Marketing, Support, Tech, HR — the whole team is standing ready. What's missing is a captain — someone who can give this team direction, and lead from the front by closing the big deals himself.

Role: Sales Head

Location: Greater Noida West, UP

Experience: 3+ years — someone who has actually run a sales team and delivered real results, not just held a title

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000/month + 5% Incentive (directly on team performance)

Working Days: 6 days/week, 10 AM to 7 PM

What You'll Do

Lead the entire team of Tele Callers and Sales Executives daily and own their number as your own. Close the big deals yourself. Make sure every piece of the team's work shows up in the CRM. Plan the week, meet with R&D, sync with Marketing and HR. Build the company's growth path yourself and take the team with you on it.
