Job Summary
The Sales Manager will lead the sales team to drive revenue growth for MTS’s financial products in Nashik, Dhule, and Indore, developing strategies and mentoring Sales Officers to achieve targets.
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies for business loans, home loans, and corporate funding.
Lead and mentor Sales Officers to meet sales targets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Analyze market trends to identify business opportunities.
Monitor performance and report insights to management.
Conduct team training on products and sales techniques.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field (BBA/MBA preferred).
2-4+ years of sales experience, with 1-2 years in leadership roles in financial services.
Proven track record in meeting sales targets.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Familiarity with Nashik, Dhule, or Indore markets is a plus.
