This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth for our Jodhpur Plaza commercial project, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching our retail and office leasing services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage in new business opportunities through various channels (cold calling, referrals, networking).
Present, promote and sell Jodhpur Plaza’s retail and office spaces to potential tenants effectively.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends and competitor offerings in Jodhpur’s commercial real estate sector
Maintain a record of sales activities and ensure timely follow-ups.
