Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Patient Conversion Sales Specialist to join our team. This role involves engaging with potential patients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through our healthcare services to ensure a seamless transition from inquiry to treatment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of patient concerns, and a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management: Handle incoming patient inquiries via phone, email, and digital platforms, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
Consultative Selling: Understand patient needs and recommend appropriate healthcare services, effectively communicating the benefits and addressing any concerns.
Conversion Optimization: Implement strategies to improve patient conversion rates, including follow-ups, personalized communication, and addressing objections.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and clinical teams to align patient acquisition strategies and ensure consistent messaging.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and sales activities in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and timely updates.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on conversion metrics, patient feedback, and sales performance to the management team.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales, preferably within the healthcare industry. Experience in patient engagement or healthcare services is a plus.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to empathize with patients and address their concerns effectively.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Fluent in English and Kannada; proficiency in additional local languages is advantageous.
