Sales Manager

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve area sales targets.

• Manage and lead a team of Medical Representatives/Sales Executives.

• Monitor team performance and provide guidance, training, and support.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, chemists, stockists, and hospitals.

• Conduct regular market visits to ensure field presence and gather market intelligence.

• Ensure proper distribution and availability of products in the assigned area.

• Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports for management.

• Participate in promotional activities, CMEs, and product launches.

• Handle queries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, logistics, etc.) for smooth operations.
