Job Summary

Wellness Vibe LLP, a leading wellness and sound healing company, is looking for an experienced Sr. Sales Manager – Digital Media & Business Growth to lead our sales operations. The candidate must have a strong background in digital media sales, team leadership, and growth strategy to drive business expansion and achieve revenue targets

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

• Lead and motivate the sales and marketing team to deliver performance.

• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.

• Drive digital media collaborations to increase brand reach and sales.

• Analyze market trends and KPIs for strategic decision-making.

• Ensure strong client relationships and customer satisfaction.

• Work closely with the Director on company growth initiatives.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in Digital Media Sales / Business Development / Growth Strategy.

• Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, funnels, and online sales.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

• Must be on-site at Borivali; remote work not applicable.

• Background in Wellness, Health, or Lifestyle industries preferred.
