We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and guide the sales team to achieve targets

Generate and convert leads through field work and follow-ups

Build strong customer relationships and close deals

Report progress and performance to management

Requirements:

Minimum 2 year of experience in sales (Real Estate preferred)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Graduate in any stream

Goal-oriented and self-motivated
