Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations in the aluminium formwork and construction segment. The role involves project-based B2B sales, key account management, channel development, team leadership, and revenue growth. The Sales Manager will act as a senior client-facing representative and play a critical role in market expansion and high-value deal closures.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the assigned region.
Identify and secure new business opportunities in the construction and infrastructure sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, and project managers.
Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Strong understanding of the aluminium formwork or construction industry.
Collaborate with the design and operations teams to provide tailored solutions to clients.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, civil engineering, or a related field.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of the aluminium formwork or construction industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Candidate should have experience in the same industry.
