Key Responsibilities:
MANGING INCOMING LEADS AND CLIENT INQUIRIES .
SUPERVISING TELE-CALLING AND FOLLOW UPS .
HANDLING WALK IN CLIENTS AND VENUE VISITS .
CONVERTING INQUIRIES INTO CONFIRMED BOOKINGS .
MAINTAINING LEADS RECORDS AND DAILY SALES REPORTS .
MANAGING PROPERTY MAINTENANCE AND ENSURING SMOOTH EVENT OPERATIONS .
ACTING AS A KEY PERSON DURING EVENTS WITH STRONG PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS .
HANDLING CLIENTS CONFIDENTLY AND MAINTAINING GOOD RELATIONSHIPS .
Required Skills and Experience
GOOD COMMUNICATION AND SALES SKILLS .
EXPERIENCE IN BANQUET / HOSPITALITY/ EVENTS SALES PREFERRED.
ABILITY TO HANDLE CLIENTS CONFIDENTLY AND CLOSE BOOKINGS .
STRONG COORDINATION AND MANAGEMENT SKILLS.
Job Requirements:
