Product Expertise: Study vehicle features, capabilities, and compare with competitors to provide informed advice.
Sales Process: Conduct test drives, demonstrate features, overcome objections, negotiate pricing, and finalize sales contracts.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain rapport, follow up on leads, manage orders, and handle post-sale support.
Administrative Tasks: Complete sales paperwork, manage sales reports, and update customer databases.
Dealership Support: Assist with showroom displays, participate in sales meetings, and attend training.
