As a Sales Manager at MG Realinfra, you will lead the sales team to achieve business targets, enhance client relationships, and ensure consistent revenue growth. Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Set clear targets for Sales Executives and review their performance regularly.
Conduct training sessions, role plays, and mentoring for skill enhancement.
Maintain discipline, reporting standards, and daily activity tracking across the team.
Develop and implement short-term and long-term sales strategies for assigned projects.
Monitor sales funnels, conversion ratios, and follow-up effectiveness.
Conduct regular pipeline reviews and coordinate with marketing for lead quality improvement.
Drive site visits, client engagement, and closure rates through structured sales processes.
Ensure all sales data and client interactions are updated accurately in the CRM system.
Generate and analyze weekly and monthly sales reports to evaluate team performance.
Track lead movement, follow-up compliance, and closure patterns to optimize outcomes.
Coordinate with management to refine processes based on CRM insights.
Maintain strong client relations through professional communication and timely updates.
Handle escalations, negotiation support, and key account management.
Oversee documentation, agreement formalities, and handover coordination.
