Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales/Club Manager based in Noida. The Sales/Club Manager will oversee daily operations, manage the sales team, and ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities include designing and implementing sales campaigns, driving membership growth, training and motivating staff, and monitoring performance metrics. Additionally, the manager will develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and ensure the smooth functioning and maintenance of the club facility.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to build relationships and provide an exceptional experience for club members.
Experience in Sales and Sales Management to drive membership growth, meet business targets, and execute effective sales strategies.
Proficiency in Training and team leadership to guide and motivate staff, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills to oversee day-to-day operations and address challenges efficiently.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred. Prior experience in the fitness or wellness industry is a plus.
