We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Business Development team and drive franchise sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets
• Handle company-provided leads and client follow-ups
• Explain franchise models, investment details, and business opportunities
• Develop sales strategies to increase lead conversions
• Handle client objections and deal closures
• Monitor team performance and sales targets
• Train and guide team members
• Maintain sales reports
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills
• Strong convincing and deal-closing abilities
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Good leadership and team management skills
