1. General Manager (GM) – Sales
Position Overview:
The GM – Sales will be responsible for driving overall sales strategy, achieving revenue
targets, managing key client relationships, and leading the sales team. This role requires
proven leadership, strategic thinking, and strong industry knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals.
Lead, mentor, and monitor the sales team to ensure performance and productivity.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Analyze sales trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify
opportunities.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L responsibilities for the sales division.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams for business growth.
Drive expansion into new markets and business verticals.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate in any stream/MBA/PG in Sales & Marketing preferred.
10-12 years of experience in sales leadership roles.
Strong negotiation, communication, and people management skills.
Proven track record of achieving large-scale revenue targets.
Excellent analytical and strategic planning ability.

2. Business Development Manager (BDM) – Sales
Position Overview:
The BDM – Sales will focus on identifying new business opportunities, client acquisition,
and developing strategic partnerships. The role involves achieving sales targets through lead
generation, networking, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities in targeted markets.
Build and maintain client relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Prepare sales reports and update management on progress.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate in any stream /MBA in Marketing or Business Development.
5–10 years of relevant experience in sales/business development.
Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills.

3. Sales Execuve
Position Overview:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for direct sales activities, including prospecting,
client meetings, product presentations, and closing sales. This role requires enthusiasm,
customer-centricity, and strong execution skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and references.
Conduct product/service presentations to prospective customers.
Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales.
Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Maintain sales records, prepare reports, and update CRM systems.
Provide feedback from customers to improve products/services.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate in any stream (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred but not mandatory).
