About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Manager who will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales activities at our bicycle showroom, assisting customers, and ensuring that all bicycles and the showroom are maintained in a clean and presentable condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle walk-in customers and understand their bicycle requirements.

• Explain and recommend suitable bicycles, accessories, and related products to customers.

• Drive sales and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure a good buying experience.

• Ensure all bicycles displayed in the showroom are clean, dust-free, properly arranged, and ready for customers to inspect.

• Regularly check bicycles for dust, dirt, minor issues, and overall presentation.

• Ensure proper display and arrangement of bicycles in the showroom.

• Coordinate with the service/maintenance team whenever a bicycle requires servicing or repair.

• Maintain basic records of sales, customer enquiries, and stock movement.

• Ensure the showroom remains clean, organised, and customer-ready throughout the day.

• Take responsibility for the overall presentation and upkeep of the bicycle display area.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, retail, automobile, bicycle, or consumer goods sales will be preferred.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Ability to convince customers and close sales.

• Basic knowledge of bicycles and their components is an advantage.

• Should be responsible, proactive, and disciplined.

• Willingness to actively participate in showroom upkeep and bicycle maintenance.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of daily responsibilities.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 0 - 6 years of experience.
