Team Management and Leadership

·       Sales Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 2-5 sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.

·       Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify training needs for the sales team.

·       Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the sales team's product knowledge, sales techniques, and objection handling skills.

·       Workforce Planning: Manage sales team allocation and optimize their efforts to maximize lead conversion and sales.

Sales Management

·       Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

·       Lead to Sales Conversion: Implement and monitor strategies to achieve a 2% lead-to-sales conversion ratio.

·       Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring efficient lead nurturing, follow-up, and closing processes.

·       Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, addressing their queries and objections effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.

·       Market Analysis: Conduct regular market analysis to identify sales opportunities, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.

Existing Customer Sales: Implement strategies to generate new bookings and sales from existing customers on a month-on-month basis.)
