About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and stakeholders.

• Conduct site visits, property presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients.

• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, RERA regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

• 3–5 years of proven experience in real estate sales or property development.

• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a sales team.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Good understanding of real estate market trends, pricing, and legal aspects.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

• Flexibility to work during weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required.
