Sales Executive/Manager/Vice President – Civil / Real Estate Projects

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive/Manager/VP to join our Sales & Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting prospective customers, presenting our real estate/civil projects, conducting site visits, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through calls, references, digital enquiries, walk-ins, and other sources.

• Contact prospective customers and understand their property requirements, budget, and preferences.

• Explain project details including location, specifications, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and other relevant information.

• Arrange and coordinate site visits for prospective customers.

• Follow up regularly with leads and maintain proper records of customer interactions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about projects.

• Negotiate with customers within company-approved pricing and terms.

• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Coordinate with CRM, Marketing, Documentation, and Project teams for smooth customer handling.

• Maintain updated lead and sales information in CRM/MIS systems.

• Monitor competitor projects, market trends, pricing, and customer preferences.

• Participate in property exhibitions, promotional activities, meetings, and other sales campaigns.

• Ensure proper documentation and timely follow-up until booking/closure.

• Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager.

• Maintain professional conduct and represent the company positively.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma; qualification in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields is an advantage.

• Experience: 0–20 years in real estate, construction, civil projects, property sales, or a related sales role. Freshers with strong communication and sales interest may also be considered.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

• Customer-oriented approach with good follow-up skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Target-oriented and willing to work in a fast-paced sales environment.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

• Knowledge of the Chennai real estate market will be an added advantage.

• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.

• Monthly and quarterly sales achievement.
