Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Daily retail market visits & order generation

New outlet development and distributor coordination

Product availability, display & visibility check

Achievement of monthly sales targets

Competitor tracking & market feedback

Daily reporting to ASM/Management

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

Experience: FMCG/Detergent Sales preferred

(Freshers with strong field interest can also be considered)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Own two-wheeler preferred

Must be comfortable with daily field travel

Salary & Benefits:

Basic Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

TA/DA: ₹400 per day

Salary may vary as per interview performance

Last salary hike can also be considered (depends on profile)
