Sales Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Operations Management

• Oversee and coordinate daily centre operations to ensure smooth service delivery.

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and service quality standards at all times.

• Ensure equipment and facilities are functioning and compliant with safety protocols.

• Implement centre policies, procedures, and SOPs effectively.

2. Sales & Business Development

• Drive revenue growth by achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.

• Lead B2C sales activities, converting walk-ins, leads, and enquiries into packages/memberships.

• Plan and execute promotions, offers, and pricing strategies to boost sales.

• Work with marketing to improve footfall and brand visibility.

3. Client Service & Engagement

• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve client concerns professionally.

• Build strong client relationships to promote retention, upselling, and referrals.

• Monitor customer feedback and continuously improve service experiences.

4. Team Leadership & Staff Development

• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate the wellness centre team.

• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and skill development sessions.

• Ensure all team members adhere to company standards and service excellence.

5. Financial & Administrative Duties

• Prepare and manage the centre budget, control expenses, and analyse financial performance.

• Ensure accurate billing, payments, and membership renewals.

• Maintain records, reporting, and KPIs for management review.

6. Marketing Support

• Coordinate with marketing on local campaigns and community engagement activities.

• Represent the centre at events and build strategic partnerships to drive growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Graduate in Business, Management, Hospitality, Healthcare, or related field.

• Experience: 5+ years in wellness, healthcare, service industry, retail, or sales operations

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.

• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 5 - 6+ years Experience.
