Responsibilities:
Recruit, develop, and manage insurance agents/agency partners.
Achieve sales targets for life/general insurance products.
Provide product, sales, and compliance training to agents.
Drive agent activation, retention, and productivity.
Conduct regular field visits and business review meetings.
Ensure adherence to IRDAI regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
Graduate
1–7 years of experience in agency channel insurance sales.
Strong understanding of insurance products and agency distribution.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and willing to travel.
