Sales Manager

Job Purpose:

Meet sales targets, identify new sources, and build strong relationships with existing sources in assigned geography to drive productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Geography Mapping: Map areas, identify new sources, and report progress.

2. Source Relationship Management: Manage source relationships, optimize sales performance.

3. Reporting: Maintain sales reports and activity diaries.

4. Channel Partner Recruitment: Identify and onboard new partners.

5. Team Huddles: Attend daily huddles, provide data.

6. Customer Relationship Management: Develop customer relationships, sell HDFC products.
