We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager with 2–5 years of experience in the automobile industry to lead and drive showroom sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing the sales team, ensuring excellent customer experience, and contributing to the overall growth of the dealership.
Lead, manage, and motivate the showroom sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
Monitor daily sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service and follow-ups.
Manage customer inquiries, negotiations, and closures for vehicle sales.
Coordinate with finance, insurance, and service departments for seamless customer experience.
Conduct team training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Plan and execute promotional activities, local marketing campaigns, and lead generation initiatives.
Maintain proper documentation and compliance as per company policies.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and suggest strategic improvements.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
2–5 years of experience in automobile sales (two-wheeler experience preferred).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of automobile financing and insurance processes.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic sales reporting tools.
