Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and convert potential clients for digital marketing services (Content Creation,social media, branding, advertising, influencer marketing, etc.)

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.

• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop customized proposals and pitches.

• Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and client needs to identify new opportunities.

• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and growth strategies.

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of experience in sales or business development within a digital marketing agency (mandatory).

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Excellent understanding of digital marketing services, client needs, and market dynamics.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and in a team.
